Here’s the latest on what’s happening at TenOneTen:
Ordermark, a restaurant delivery software company announced a $120M Series C led by the Softbank Vision Fund. TenOneTen led Ordermark’s seed round in 2017. More recently, the company raised a Series B led by Foundry Group. The new capital will allow the company to continue building a decentralized ghost kitchen network on top of its existing software offering. We couldn’t be more thrilled for the team!
Replicated, a technology solution that makes on-prem deployments for SaaS software easy, also announced a $25M Series B today led by Two Sigma Ventures. The funding will allow Replicated to focus on scaling its sales and marketing efforts as the company looks to triple its headcount by the end of 2021.
Social Native, a technology platform that helps marketers create high performing branded content, announced its acquisition of Olapic. This acquisition will expand Social Native’s global reach, adding 250+ new customer logos, and significantly stepping up their revenue and staff worldwide.
Flock Freight, a shared truckload solution for shippers, was recently featured by Forbes for their efforts in using machine learning to reduce carbon emissions in the trucking industry. Flock Freight’s solution, which intelligently pairs smaller shipments together into one full truckload, enables less waste and faster delivery times. As a result, Flock Freight earned a B Corporation certification for reducing CO2 emissions by almost 5,000 metric tons last year.
